PAYMENT CENTRE Conditions: R444 036 per annum( Level 09) Alfred Nzo District A Degree( NQF position 7 as recognised by SAQA) In Financial Management/ Financial Accounting coupled with Minimum of 3 times’ work experience in Finance terrain at an Officer position( Level 7 or advanced).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Former experience in monitoring or working in external terrain is essential. The Understanding On The Technical Application Of Accounting norms And Financial Reporting Within cosmopolises As needed By The Municipal Finance Management ACT Conduct an assessment on AGSA reports to determine common issues of enterprises for cosmopolises on account and also identify arising threat on the GRAP Reporting Framework and report to Deputy Director as input for training plan to be rolled out to cosmopolises to ameliorate compliance; Collate all the account queries issues raised on the helpdesk and conduct exploration to ameliorate quality of fiscal reporting on GRAP by cosmopolises and submit inputs to the Deputy Director Conduct a high position review of AFS, Audit train and assess the Web Grounded inspection Action Plans of cosmopolises and submit reports to the Deputy Director with recommendations to ameliorate quality and punctuality on the submission of AFS by cosmopolises as needed by the MFMA; grease shops & training on counting fabrics, norms, guidelines and transversal account programs through quarter Forums and shops help in probing areas of concern with regard to external fiscal health which might affect the going concern of cosmopolises and give report to the Deputy Director; Prepare, assay and report progress on mSCOA perpetration within timelines and its fiscal impact to help on compliance with mSCOA Regulations. Perform a high- position review of AFS for each megacity previous to submission for inspection in order to reduce fiscal misstatements and submit report to the Deputy Director.
Assess and report on the Financial Management Capability Maturity Model( FMCMM) to determine sins and apply measures to strengthen functionality and compliance to ameliorate maturity situations of cosmopolises and overall sustainability. To give Practical backing And Control Medium On Issues Of Compliance To Supply Chain Management( SCM) Asset Management( AM) help in the logical assessment frame for SCM and AM Standard Operating Procedures against the legislative, policy fabrics to ameliorate compliance within cosmopolises and give report to the Deputy Director; Prepare a report for the Deputy Director with recommendation to ameliorate MFMA compliance on the assessment conducted on SCM and AM programs against the enacted frame; Collate all the SCM & AM queries issues raised on the helpdesk and conduct exploration to ameliorate compliance by cosmopolises and submit inputs to the Deputy Director Conduct an assessment of AGSA reports to determine common issues of enterprises for cosmopolises on SCM and AM and also identify arising threat on the legislative fabrics programs and report to Deputy Director as input on the training plan to be rolled out to cosmopolises to ameliorate MFMA compliance; help Deputy Director in covering that policy that has been tabled before the external council and report on approved SCM Policy as per aligned to legislative frame; Conduct an assessment on the functionality of shot panels as per developed roster and report gaps linked to the Deputy Director to develop structured support plan.
