National Senior Certificate National Senior Certificate, National Higher Diploma (erected terrain field) with a minimum of four( 4) times’ and six months certified experience or a BTech( erected terrain field) with a minimum of four( 4) years certified directorial experience or Honours Degree in any erected terrain with a minimum of 3 times’ experience. mandatory enrollment with the SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager on appointment. Good communication chops( verbal and spoken). Computer knowledge. Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Capability to work singly and within a platoon setup. mortal agreements experience will be an added advantage. A valid motorists’ licence is a must-have. Co-ordinate the design inauguration stage. Open the design train upon appointment by Chief Construction Project Manager.

Give input in the development of the procurement strategy. give input in the development of the terms of reference. Prepare the payment instrument of the PSP for feasibility report. Co-ordinate the design planning and design stage. grease meeting with the appointed PSP and quarter/ original megacity to communicate and agree on conditions. Prepare submission of the payment instrument for SCM returnable schedules for the development of contract. give inputs in the drafting of the Service Level Agreement( SLA). grease meeting with PSP to commence with the professional services upon blessing of the SLA.

Give inputs in the first draft of planning and design deliverables. Prepare payment instrument of the PSP for Geotech, EIA, House plans and design reports. Submit design registration train to Project Management Unit. give inputs in the development of procurement strategy for contractors needed. give inputs in the development of Terms of Reference( Escarpment) and present to shot Specification Committee( BSC) for blessing. grease meeting with the appointed contractor and quarter/ original megacity to communicate and agree on the conditions. Prepare payment instrument of SCM

Returnable schedules for the development of contract. give inputs in the development of the SLA. Liaise with PSP for the point handover. Coordinate design perpetration stage. grease the construction of services. grease the construction of casing units. grease the rectification of casing units. Draft assignation letters for the preface of stakeholders to the megacity. Liaise with the contractor in medication for the handing over of documents.

Issue dupe of the structure delineations, corner breakdown, PIPs and specifications to the Control Works Inspector. Social Facilitation Section/ devisee admin units for establishment of design steering commission and appointment of CLO. Conduct progress and specialized meetings. Conduct point visits to cover progress on point. corroborate value created on point, validate and reuse design claims. Make follow- ups with District support on the payment claims.

Submit clones of the payment remainders and payment conciliation to the PSP and train. Prepare and submit daily contractor performance reports. Analyse and validate expenditure against the value created. give input during the medication of Vos. Prepare provocations for issuing of non-performance notices.

Prepare and present reports to colorful stakeholders( District/ original cosmopolises), IGR forums. give support to the colorful stakeholders during design visit and verifications( M&E, Internal Audit, NDoHS etc). Coordinate design close-out stage. grease submission of the close out report. Validate the needed documents in the design train. Source any outstanding needed documents in the design train. Submit the design train( inclusive of closeout report) to CCPM for design close out. train the approved design close judgments .
