DUTIES Manage The Facilitation of Organisational Development and The perpetration Thereof. insure the operation, development, facilitation and review of the service delivery model. Manage the development, facilitation and perpetration of OD interventions. insure organisational review and redesign processes is in line with specified repressions. insure organisational structure is aligned with departmental strategy and service delivery model. insure Job Evaluation is conducted in the department. insure workload analysis( determine post provisioning morals) is linked.
Manage and insure business process enhancement enterprise is conducted. insure mapping and work system enhancement and standard operating procedures is developed. insure organisational functionality assessments of department’s internal systems and processes is conducted. insure The Development Of Change Management Interventions In The Department. Develop change operation frame, styles and the perpetration. estimate the impact and effectiveness of change operation frame. Develop and grease the perpetration of change operation programs and strategies. collect operation reports through interacting with applicable stakeholders and the perpetration of organisational development interventions. grease the administrative decision making on the change docket of the department.
Establish change operation structure and make the capacity of designated change agents. Manage and lead training of change agents within the department. Manage Change Management Interventions.
