R444 036 per annum( Level 09) East London National Senior Certificate, National Diploma( NQF position 6) B/ Degree( NQF position 7) in Librarian Records Management/ Social Science or original qualification as recognised by SAQA with 3 times administrative position experience in the field. Knowledge of applicable legislation and repressions, government programmes, information operation and programs and procedures.

Must retain a valid motorist’s licence. insure the provisioning and conservation of knowledge operation services. grease the provisioning of departmental central depository tool for programs, reports, standard functional procedures etc. grease the development of knowledge gate. grease the conservation of knowledge operation systems. Develop and maintain records norms and procedures for the department( train Plan, Disposal, Archiving).

Promote IKM and records operation stylish practices. grease appointment and nurturing of IKM titleholders( connecting people). grease preservation of the institutional memory( connecting people to information). insure the maximum availability and credibility of data uprooted from the organisations data system. Administering and conservation of the programme knowledge operation artefact. Easing and coordinating the knowledge operation collection phase.
