National office Midrand aspirants must be in possession of a Matric instrument and a three- time National Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management or original qualification at NQF Level 6( 360 Credits) as recognised by SAQA. Minimum of two( 2) years working experience in Supply Chain Management, Knowledge of PFMA, BBB- EE Act, PPPFA, Treasury Regulations and applicable repressions, In depth knowledge of procurement systems e.g. JYP, LOGIS and other procurement systems. A valid motorist’s license will be added advantage. insure the perpetration of SCM programs and repressions as entered from National storeroom. Administer procurement of goods and services; insure assignation of citations and announcement of tenders in agreement with applicable repressions and SCM guidelines; Conduct and grease the briefing sessions where and when applicable.

Render secretariat service to the Bid panels; Monitor and insure the administration of validity of citations and tenders; Capture all awarded flings on a shot register; insure publication of awarded and cancelled tenders; estimate and review whether citations are in agreement with the specifications; Check compliance of all procurement documents and processes; Establish data base of suppliers when carrying citation to insure that citations are rotated; insure that Purchase orders are issued to the applicable suppliers; Supervise inferiors( Clerks and Interns) to insure compliance with SCM repressions and programs; insure proper stuffing and safe keeping of documents; insure that commitments are closed and make follow up on outstanding commitment. Perform other duties that have been delegated by the administrator.
