Purpose To give hands- on support on compliance with the Financial Management & Annual Reporting fabrics and Asset Management issues in cosmopolises.

R444 036 per annum( Level 09)
District A Degree( NQF position 7 as recognised by SAQA) In Financial Management/ Financial Accounting coupled with Minimum of 3 times’ work experience in Finance terrain at an Officer position( Level 7 or advanced). former experience in monitoring or working in external terrain is essential. Chops And capabilities In- depth understanding of legislative frame that governs the Public Service. Departmental programs and procedures. Asset Management programs and practices.

Investment and cash operation. Financial reporting on GRAP by cosmopolises. mSCOA Regulations. Computer knowledge( MS Office). Capability to assay and interpret fiscal information. Capability to interact with external officers responsible for fiscal account reporting, FMCMM reporting and mSCOA reporting. help on perfecting the understanding of the specialized operation of account norms and fiscal reporting within cosmopolises as needed by the external finance operation act. Conduct an assessment on AGSA reports to determine common issues of enterprises for cosmopolises on account and also identify arising threat on the GRAP Reporting Framework and report to Deputy Director as input for training plan to be rolled out to cosmopolises to ameliorate compliance; help to roll out new account reforms and programs for perpetration give training on reforms and give support during AFS medication.

Collate all the account queries issues raised on the helpdesk and conduct exploration to ameliorate quality of fiscal reporting on GRAP by cosmopolises and submit inputs to the Deputy Director Conduct a high position review of AFS, Audit train and assess the inspection Action Plans of cosmopolises and submit reports to the Deputy Director with recommendations to ameliorate quality and punctuality on the submission of AFS by cosmopolises as needed by the MFMA, give guidance on the compendium of inspection action plans, also assay inspection action plans entered and give recommendations on how to address issues and give a report to the Deputy Director; help in probing areas of concern with regard to external fiscal health( fiscal rates analysis) which might affect the going concern of cosmopolises and give report to the Deputy Director; Prepare, assay and report progress on mSCOA perpetration within timelines and its fiscal impact to help on compliance with mSCOA Regulations.

Assess the perpetration of the Financial Management Capability Maturity Model( FMCMM) and examiner external action plans for remedial conduct on areas where gaps have been linked and give report to the Deputy Director.

Give Practical backing and Control Medium on Issues of Compliance to Asset Management( AM). help in the logical assessment frame for AM Standard Operating Procedures against the legislative, policy fabrics to ameliorate compliance within cosmopolises and give report to the Deputy Director; Prepare a report for the Deputy Director with recommendation to ameliorate MFMA compliance for the assessment conducted on AM programs against the enacted frame; Collate all the AM queries issues raised on the helpdesk and conduct exploration to ameliorate compliance by cosmopolises and submit inputs to the Deputy Director Conduct an assessment of AGSA reports to determine common issues of enterprises for cosmopolises on AM and also identify arising threat on the legislative fabrics programs and report to Deputy Director as input on the training plan to be rolled out to cosmopolises to ameliorate MFMA compliance.

Manage Area of Responsibility Review Asset Management and make recommendations to ameliorate the effectiveness and effectiveness of the Asset Management.
