DEPUTY DIRECTOR: ICT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Publish and maintain live IT- enabled services in the service canons. Define and prepare service agreements grounded on the options in the service canons. apply and maintain ICT suppliers – manage it- related services handed by all types of suppliers consummately use the SITA Transversal andnon-transversal contracts and their operations in different procurement scripts. Optimise conditions with input from SITA accredited suppliers. Formalise and manage the supplier relationship for each supplier.

Manage, maintain and cover contracts and service delivery. apply and maintain an ICT quality operation system – establish a quality operation system( QMS). Focus quality operation on guests – Manage the business needs and prospects for each business process, IT functional service and new results. Communicate client conditions and prospects throughout the business and IT association. Survey client views on business process and service provisioning and IT result delivery. apply and maintain ICT vacuity and capacity – balance current and unborn requirements for vacuity, performance and capacity with cost-effective service provision Assess vacuity, performance and capacity of services and coffers to insure that cost- maintainable capacity and performance are available to support business requirements and deliver against SLAs.
